We’re Annabel and Dale: longtime friends, founders, and moms who built the community we desperately needed but couldn’t find. Our friendship has carried us through every stage of life, and when we moved to LA and became moms far from our support systems, we leaned on each other more than ever. It became clear that so many career-driven women were craving the same thing we were: honest conversations, real friendship, and a space to be seen as more than “just mom.”
What began as a few intimate dinners with like-minded women quickly took on a life of its own. Those conversations around identity, ambition, vulnerability, and the realities of motherhood formed the foundation of what became More Than Moms: a platform, podcast, and IRL community for modern mothers who refuse to shrink themselves after having kids.
Today, that tiny circle of friends has grown into a thriving community designed to help women reconnect with who they are, dream bigger, build meaningful relationships, and feel less alone in every messy, beautiful chapter of motherhood.
We’re so glad you’re here.
xx, Dale and Annabel
